Products purchased at xInfo Group often requires a registration code to enable it for use. You can download an evaluation version to see how the program works, but a part of the programs functionality will be disabled, in one way or another, until the proper registration code is entered. All prices are in US dollars.

Ordering and Payment You will be billed by Kagi. Our online retailer Kagi accepts credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners, JCB, Eurocard, Optima, Carte Blanche, PayPal, cash and checks worldwide. They accept all major currencies. You can order by phone, post, fax or online. Kagi is able to authorize online payments instantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders may be made on-line with your credit card via secure server. Shortly after your order has been processed, you'll receive via eMail a registration code or key to 'unlock' the evaluation version.

Registration The registration code is also sometimes called a key code. Send to us the lock code that Application generates and we will email you back an unlock registration code. Please allow adequate time for order processing which could take up to 24 hours (most orders are fulfilled in couple of hours).

Upgrades Minor product upgrades are available for no extra charge. Major upgrades are priced separately.

Try before you buy All of our products can be test driven before purchasing. If you are ready to place an order but have not tried out the product, please go to our download area and download the desired application. All our programs are licensed on a per user basis. Each user who uses the program must have a license.

Refund Policy Please note applications are a Single License Software and it can only be install on one computer. All sales are final. If you register our product, we will assume that you are doing so having tested the evaluation version and ascertained that it's suitable for your hardware and requirements. All products may be evaluated before purchasing. Therefore electronic software downloads purchases are non-refundable.

Order Status Be sure to keep the confirmation eMail you received when you placed your order. If you need further assistance, please send a detailed information including your order number and your request to xInfogroup.
